Strand keine 10 Minuten.

„Wohnung abgewohnt und hellhörig. Geschirr zusammengewürfelt, Balkon von Schwabeln verkackt, Fenster schmutzig, Couch durchgelegen, Spinnweben in der ganzen Wohnung, Staubsauger stinkt. Steile Treppe in den 1. Stock, für älter Leute nicht akzeptabel. Wohnung unsauber. Preisleistung nicht angemessen!"

Die Raumaufteilung ist angemessen und der Balkon hat eine tolle Ausrichtung. Das Elternbett war komfortabel. Es sind alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden.

Die Einzelbetten im Kinderzimmer/zweiten Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr hart, so dass unser Kind bereits nach der ersten Nacht Schmerzen hatte. Es ist ratsam, die Wohnung nach der Hauptsaison intensiv zu begutachten und die Einschätzungen zu lesen, um Dinge auszutauschen, zu streichen etc. Dann wäre auch der Preis vertretbar.
