"Apartamento bem feito, porém localização é ruim e a orla é ruim também, tem um prédio abandonado ao lado com vários mora"

Móveis em perfeito estado, lugar limpo, ar condicionado em 2 quartos e na sala. Guarda roupas enorme e planejado, box no banheiro, Wi-Fi.

Não tem elevador, localização ruim próximo a um prédio abandonado onde fica moradores de rua, correndo risco de assaltos. A orla é cheia de lixo e não tem onda direito, é bem o final da Enseada mesmo. Tivemos que sair todos os dias para ir em outras orlas de carro.
