Pearl Apartment in the Center with City View

Location was very central.

No AC in the room and not enough toiletries for 2 people for 3 nights stay

Location and a nice room were what drew us to it in the first place - very central, close to buses and the M1 underground. The room was beautiful and spacious with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay!

Not much at all!

The apartment was very comfortable, warm, and exceptionally well-located — ideal for exploring the city. Everything was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The only issue was the late check-in time, with no possibility for early check-in, which might be inconvenient for guests arriving earlier in the day.

- Location is great (very central). - Heating worked well. - Bed was clean and comfy. - Spacious shower. - Modernized flat in older building (high ceilings, old double windows with the inner ones being modern).

- Construction site right outside the building was noisy. - Corners and edges between wall and floor tiles in the shower were not properly cleaned/looked a bit moldy. - Range hood (vent) of the stove didn’t work. Question to the location about that (w.r.t. a fire alarm) was read by them but never answered. - Setting of heating via thermostat did not really work, which resulted in the flat being very warm (unnecessary waste of energy). Thermostat kept showing 30° and kept heating even when the temp was set to 20°. - Flat not really suited for small people, since many things were very high up (e.g. hangers in wardrobe, kitchen cupboards).

Besides that, the apartment is really nice and we’re glad we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment earlier. It was clean, well equipped with essential kitchen and bathroom supplies.

We’ve been having problems with the hot water in the shower. After no more than 3 minutes, the water went cold. But by that time, I’ve already shampooed my hair and I had to take a freezing shower. I tried again multiple times taking breaks but still cold. So my partner had to boil some hot water in the kettle for me to rinse better at least the shampoo. That was a really unfortunate and unpleasant evening. I got immediate assistance the next morning and someone came to rise up the temperature of the water heating system, which was definitely better but still didn’t last too long… Perhaps the boiler is too small?

Good location very easy to go everywhere Tidy and clean

The host did not give me the main entrance code so I have wait until someone walk out. And also I have to ask the neighbor for the code, since the host did not reply to me at all. Feels cold and the water is cold.
