The apartment was very nice and comfortable, it's probably been renovated recently as even the furniture seemed brand new. There is a shared sauna with the other apartments which was also nice. The owner lives there but in a seperate building.

The ski slopes, or at least Obertauern (where we went) is a bit far, around 30 minutes by car. It also wasn't exactly cheap but if we take into account the general accomodation prices nowdays and how nice was the apartment it wasn't very expensive either

everything was excellent ! nice and clean apartment & kind host & all facilities needed in apartment ... good general stores also around location ( e.g. Billa or others in Mariaphrr ) i have to mentioned also the fact that distance to Obertauern ( for whom is going to ski ) is no any problem !!! short way to drive 20 minutes without any restriction but i suppose that buses are covering also that area ( not checked by myself )
