Liiva Seaside Apartment

This is a fabulous & stylish apartment. The design & furnishings are immaculate & of the highest quality. The location was perfect & the beautiful view of the estuary & teeming bird life was superb. The apartment oozed luxury & peace. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, crockery & cutlery. We loved every minute of our stay.

Nothing. This apartment can not be faulted.

The apartment is a good size and in a good location with views over the bay. It is a short walk into the main village which has some excellent restaurants and cafes. The bathroom is big and works well with good water pressure. It also has a sauna which we didn't use. The kitchen is excellent with everything that you would need for a family stay. The bedroom are a good size with big beds.

We stayed in summer and the sun sets very late but the apartment doesn't have suitable curtains in the living area so that area is unusable in the evenings. The air conditioner is located in the wrong place so it struggles to cool the apartment. Curtains are not black out so with the sun heating up the bedrooms and the lack of dark curtains sleep is difficult. Check in was quite poor as we only had an notification of how to find the apartment and keys when we were out of internet range so we had to call the host when we were approaching. The host didn't answer the phone even after 3 attempts to call. The internet was a bit slow and the internet password is incorrect. I had to reset the internet to get it to work on arrival. There are no instructions at the apartment on garbage management, leaving instructions or use of the appliances, sauna, etc. No information on recommendations of restaurants, local attractions etc.

I liked that it was near the sea and the sea view from the apartment. Owner said that there are no beds for child, but there was 3 extra foldable beds and sheets which was nice.

Well, if the main selling point of the apartment was sea view. Then the windows should have been atleast clean from bird poop and spider webs (there where a lot of them). Also the hights of objects was weird. Sauna sitting benches where too high so that an older person could not climb there easly. The bench itself was super noisy. It felt like the sauna is goong to collapse. The bathroom sink and toilet was so low that my 3 yeard old thought it was for his size. Balcony door was very broken just to ve careful with that. I asked the owner if they had a washing machine and how could I dry the clothes. I got a reply in DM but he/she clearly forgot to mention that there are no washing fluids for the machine.

There was a problem with the door code but luckily someone was there cleaning. If there had been no one there when we may have had to wait but it was sorted

The beds were a little uncomfortable, very hard. Also there were not enough pillows which were very small and not suitable. However, the bed line was clean
