"Great quiet location, clean and confy!"

The location is great! For those who want to stay in a quiet place, at the end of the day, after walking a lot on Venice`s streets. Venice is very noisy, and staying there wouldn`t match our needs and also there you have to carry all your luggage on stairs and bridges :) But Campalto was perfect for us. At about 3,4 min walk from the bus station and 10 minutes by bus in order to arrive to Venice. The location is very quiet, only houses around and fresh air, compared to polluted air from boat engines and the smell from the fall of sea level from Venice. Also the house has everything you need, a full equipped kitchen, comfy beds in the bedrooms and a laaarge and relaxing terrace. Giorgia gave us all the instructions in order to arrive at the location in a smooth manner and we also had coffee and tea from the house (very very nice of you).

We loved the place and the price!

Very convenient floor plan, parquet and tiled floors, lots of kitchen utensils and fully functional equipment.

No complaints at all. Very convenient location and commuting to the island. Very aesthetic landscaping in the yard.

"Superb"

In general it was a good stay. An amazing and silent neighborhood from the Terrasse. The Apartment is near airport, which means good connections to the city (Bus Nr. 19 in 11 min. to Venezia and Bus Nr.15 in 19 min to V. Mestre). So flexible and friendly for organising check in and out. For the record and as C.C. : for the last 3 day of our Stay (6 days) there was no hot water, it wasn’t that bad for a summer vacation but a call or sms (a bit communication) from the host could have been better than saying nothing!
