De locatie, dichtbij het centrum en de boulevard van Cannobio. Alles op loopafstand. Leuk strandje dichtbij om in het meer te zwemmen met genoeg entertainment eromheen. Bedden zijn in orde.

Contact met de host is slecht, reageert niet als je belt en ook niet behulpzaam via whatsapp. Aankomst ontvangst is slecht, je moet het zelf uitzoeken. Er wordt aangegeven dat er airco is maar dat is een mobiele airco die het appartement niet kan koelen, ramen openzetten is ook geen optie. We hadden gevraagd om een extra unit maar dat is niet mogelijk. Badkamers waren niet schoon bij aankomst en de badkamer naast de deur stinkt naar sigaretten. De buurvrouw heeft 8 katten, op zich heb je daar geen last van maar wij hadden onze strandstoelen op de gang staan en die waren onder geplast. Ook de trap stinkt naar kattenpis.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Sämtliche Lokalitäten zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Kühlschrank hatte ein Gefrierfach, war super um Coldpack einzufrieren für die Kühltasche in den heissen Tage.

Einrichtung der Küche lädt nicht zum kochen ein.

Self- contained apartment on the last floor of building. With lovely view from balcony! Apartment is in town center but in calm and quiet part. Is very spacious ! With comfy beds. Really recommend it for group of friends or family. Perfect place to stay !!! 😍😍😍 Has 2 single beds, one double and sofa.

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert

Spatious appartment with all the necessities for cooking etc. We really loved the "balcony/ terrace" with a wonderful view on the second floor.

Massimo is an excellent host and went out of his way to welcome us. The private parking right outside the door is a huge advantage. If cats aren't your cup of tea the Noce apartment on the second floor has a gate to keep them out. It also has a large furnished private balcony with a good view to the hills and Sant'Agata. This was our 3rd visit to Cannobio and this was our favourite apartment.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! NO BALCONY NO TERRACE NO GARDEN NO TV (not working) POOR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT IN KITCHEN, NO WHERE ELSE SO VERY UNCOMFORTABLE , BEDS UNCOMFORTABLE AND PILLOWS AWFUL DECADES OLD AS BEDDING WAS NO MAPS NOR INFORMATION ON THE AREA ONLY A FOLDER THAT SAID ABOUT HOW THEY SANITISE THE TOILET AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT MOUNTED ON THE WALL, PICTURES ETC BUT IT WAS A SMALL FLOOR STANDING POOR OUTPUT UNIT WITH A PIPE GOING THROUGH THE WALL! NO INFORMATION ABOUT AREA/MARKETS/PLACES TO EAT, SUPERMARKETS NOTHING THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR IS ELDERLY (she was very old and sweet, always outside, we had to make a real effort to get her to accept us, which was uncomfortable, she has 6+ cats there that will go into the property if door is open, she kept questioning if we had a car or bicycles with us as these were parked in our reserved parking space, WE HAD NEITHER). POOR COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER, NUMBER GIVEN ON BOOKING WAS THE WRONG NUMBER . TOTALLY MISSOLD, I HAVE ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND ON PRICE, WHICH HAS BEEN IGNORED OWNER SAYS THERE IS A CAT PROBLEM HE SHOULD PUT THAT ON THE SITE AS SOME PEOPLE HAVE ALLERGIES! QUITE DISGUSTING TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO RENT WITH FALSE INFORMATION TO ADD HE TOLD ME HE HAS SPOKEN TO THE NEIGHBOURS MANY TIMES ABOUT THE CATS (so we aren’t the only ones), BUT THAT IS HER HOME! Just be honest and lower the price considerably, rather than making it out to be a comfortable retreat when it is nothing but!

A nice, well kept apartment in a good location. Accurately described and equipped with everything we needed. Other holiday makers might want to note that the second bedroom is only accessible through the first bedroom - not a problem for us.

We loved our stay here. Coming from California, we found the apartment's location ideal, as we could easily walk to the lake and the town. We had our own parking space. Despite being centrally located, it was very quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and we cooked most of our meals. The owner/manager was very helpful and always responded promptly whenever we contacted him via WhatsApp.

The location was central and the apartment had all necessary items supplied.

The apartment was difficult to find. We had difficulty with the shower and with operating the cooktop. The second bedroom was small and pushing the beds together to make a double could have been offered.
