The place would be good when the constructions finished above. The bed is comfortable, the wifi is strong and the shower is amazing. The neighborhood is safe. Quick replies from the property owner through WhatsApp.

Don't stay here until the building is still under construction!!!! The apartment is under an unfinished building! The CONSTRUCTION IS VERY LOUD, THE NOISE IS UNBEARABLE AND THEY START WORKING AT 8AM. We booked this place to stay because we needed a good wifi to work online, it was impossible to do so from the constant drilling and banging. I wish I could upload a video in here. They put the scaffolding right on to the entrance door which was glass, huge chunks of bricks were falling and constant dust. Couldn't even have privacy, I had to keep the curtains closed all day and cover the bathroom window with bin bags, otherwise the workers would have clear view to the shower (and toilet). Out of 3 days this happened on 2, working most of the day, with workers only stopping for lunch break. I was awake until 2am so I can do my online job, then to be waken up for the banging again at early morning. The apartment was not very clean. I could overlook this as we booked the room to stay on the 31st December and we arrived first of January, I guess nobody was bothered to give a quick sweep through. Not a big deal, few dead centipede and dust in the corners. On check out we asked if we could check out late, even to the horrible noise as our bus to another town was only leaving at 8pm and didn't want to spend 9 hours on the street with luggage. We were allowed to check out at 2pm, instead of 11am, because "there was another reservation". It was not true as I could see from the moment I asked for late check out that it was still available on the site. When I offered to pay extra, the owner said he cancelled the other booking due to the work upstairs and we could pay half the price for a regular night to stay the extra hours. No thank you.
