Nice modern, clean place to stay in. Very cosy.

Iron want very good as it burnt our shirt and the bed was a bit hard. Lucky the garage was there to store the suitcases, especially with 6 people. Bedrooms were to small to have suitcases in it.

"Quiet and comfortable."

The accommodation was well appointed, beds comfortable and it was clean. Good central locations to see Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves etc. Despite being 20 minutes from town centre, there are plenty of shops nearby.

The apartment can be hard to cool down.
