Die Wohnung war recht ruhig und hat einen Balkon auf dem man gemütlich sitzen und den Abend genießen kann. Prima war auch, das in der Küche alles Geschirr zur Verfügung stand und ein Kühlschrank da war. Den Herd habe ich nicht genutzt. Es gibt einen Aufzug in den 6. Stock und die Wohnung ist direkt gegenüber. Kurze Wege... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und er hat immer schnell geantwortet. Top!

Das Geschirr war leider nicht ordentlich sauber. Ich musste erstmal spülen, was ich brauchte. Das Mobiliar und die komplette Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen und von eher billiger Machart. Auch wenn alles funktionierte... Mit etwas Liebe könnte man diese Wohnung erheblich verschönern. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich mich beim buchen "verklickt" habe. Eigentlich wollte ich woanders unterkommen. Diese Wohnung liegt in einem Viertel dass das Attribut "Sozialer Brennpunkt" verdient. In der direkten Umgebung stehen mehr Penny-Einkaufswagen als bei Penny selbst. Sperrmüll liegt direkt vor den Schildern "Keinen Sperrmüll ablegen" usw... Es war dennoch eine gute Erfahrung. Setzt mal wieder in Relation, wie gut ich doch sonst eigentlich lebe.

Location, the view

The bed not comfortable, the shower holder broken, no enough toilet paper only one per a week for 3 persons, no wifi , the general signal for SIM is weak

Great location. Very nice and open appartement with a nice view. Kitchen and bathroom are of decent size and nicely set up. Nice and friendly owner.

Beds can be too small for a nice sleep. Mattresses are very uncomfortable, they definitely need an upgrade. Parking can be a hassle sometimes but I'd take this hassle for such a nice location.
