Place was spotless ,stunning view from deluxe window,breakfast was wonderful

A cosy space with thoughtful little touches like dressing gowns and face masks. Breakfast was excellent - the hot cross buns were another lovely touch!

Everything!! We’ve stayed in lots of apartments with varying levels of satisfaction… not here. Very well equipped, including condiments (often missing) and toiletries.Absolutely loved the velux Window/ balcony. Nice touch to provide a very nice breakfast .. we would definitely stay again if we were in the area

VERY minor and not a problem for us as we weren’t tall but someone taller needs to be aware of the low ceiling in the bathroom and the pictures in the check in details need updating

Very well presented, the pictures tell it all. Right at the top of the property and a challenge for some it is worth the climb. So clean and comfortable. There are enough facilities to cook and to store food. The host is very nice and helpful. She made a lot of effort to cater for breakfast. Lovely variety. The views from the room are great.

You really do need to be fit and able to ascended and descend some very steep and narrow stairs. Not sure how you would get out if there was a very unlikely fire.

Place was lovely and cozy, everything you could need.

The host was extremely welcoming and accomodating. Went above and beyond from arrival to check out. The room was amazing with a stunning view from the balcony. Would defineately stay again :)

The West Hill Retreat is ideally situated, the parking space is particularly useful!

The milk was sour but I received an apology from the host so all sorted!
