Good communication, clean and comfortable room.

Jing was very welcoming & accommodating to our needs without being intrusive. Our stay was very comfortable & the loft had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Overall we had nice experience. The owner was pleasant and helpful, available on the phone. It was easy to communicate with her and find the keys too.

In filters we chosen to show hotels only, and we booked this place thinking it's proper hotel. But it looked more as private stay. Which was still ok though, cz the owner is a lady, the place was private and no sharing of bathroom or anything, also she assured that my family will be safe there. So no complaints.

Kettle was with green dirty water inside, we couldn’t to make a tea. Was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a couple for a week. We bought more for our money. Door, floor and bed makes a noise, impossible to sleep comfortable! Toilet wasn’t fix from last claim. Please fix it! Spend a bit money for you better business) Unfortunately 1 towel is lost somewhere, owner called us and ask money for that, we sent as owner ask(12£). check out at 10am, as usually 12pm.
