Clean and cozy apartment. Good location. Communication with the host was very fast.

Very good apartment type setting and clean and comfortable.

The washing machine was not working and I messaged the manager to help me and it took them almost the entire day to get back to me which wasted my whole day as I needed clean dry clothes for the next day. Turns out they had turned off the valve. A foreign tourist would not know that there is a valve that turns on and off in Europe. So common sense says they need to leave ir on. The most annoying part was the manager did not even apologize for such a long delayed response.

The location was amazing and very central - we didn't need public transport as everything was walkable. It's also close to a kiosk and a grocery as well as a bakery so we had no difficulties with finding our next meal. The apartment itself contained everything an accommodation needs, it was clean, well-decorated and all instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. The communication with the owner was also very swift and informative!

Unfortunately, the bed was a bit too hard and squeaky for us. Also the curtains were too transparent and both the sunlight in the morning or streetlight in the night came through the curtains as if they weren't even there. This made sleeping not that great and could be improved upon. Lastly, the separate toilet is very small and inconvenient to navigate.

Great location. Many sights within walking distance or easily accessible with public transit. The apartment is tiny but has an excellent layout and makes great use of every square foot. Space efficient kitchenette which was well equipped with all the basic supplies.

We had one surprise when we popped back to the flat early one afternoon only to find the entryway to the unit being painted. This is a security concern. Clearly there was miscommunication between the owner of the unit and the management of the building. The poor painters were just as surprised to find us there. As a positive, when we contacted our host, the situation was dealt with promptly. They were very responsive to any questions we had.

Very clean. Well furnished. Excellent location. Easy access. Great communication.

Curtains were translucent and did not block the light.

One of the best locations in the city. It's very cool and easy to find the key. Inside is quite cozy and comfortable.
