The location is right in the centre. Nice design of the room with mezzanine and all.

The bathroom is very small, even worse there's a washing machine right before the toilet which makes you squeeze through when you need to use it. You definitely should reposition it somewhere. The soundproofing is bad. You can hear every step outside, especially when the window is ajar. There were groundworks outside and It was very noisy, but that is over by now.
