Helsinki Penthouse near the west harbor

SPACIOUS PREMISE WITH ALL AMENITIES/UTENSILS REQUIRED FOR A FAMILY STAY.

I travelled with my friends to see a rapper perform at his live concert in Helsinki and honestly everyone agreed that this has been the best experience in terms of booking an apartment so far. Really great place!

There's literally nothing to complain about. It's my first time giving a review while thinking what I should write here because I can't say anything bad about this accommodation. I'll suggest this to my friends and family as well.

A big apartment with nice beds and a beautiful living room. Lift to the 6th floor. This was a good stay and we have enjoyed it.

It was dirty, but I am sure that the owner will clean the the kitchen doors which were very sticky, the bathrooms and the shelves there, under the beds and so on. And there was no Wi-Fi!

The apartment was reached by elevator (top floor). It was pleasantly warm and conveniently has 2 bathrooms.

Beds and pillows could use an upgrade. Location was a little further from center than I realized.

Brilliant location with onroad parking directly outside the property. Comfortable beds. Spacious with adequate seating for four adults. Two good bathrooms. Perfect for two couples sharing.

Not enough tea/coffee mugs (only 1 mug!) Would have been nice to have a new dishcloth and sponge in the kitchen. Dirty casserole dishes. No reading lights in second bedroom.

This property is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 20 minutes by tram from the major tourist attraction, Market Square. The apartment was clean and well stocked on towels and linens. It's a 2-floor, 3-bedroom apartment which can accommodate 6 quests. However, please note that you pay for the exact number of guests you "claim" at the time of a reservation. If a friend or family member decides to stay with you for a couple of days, you'd pay one-time fee of 25 Euros/guest (even if total amount of guests remains under 6).

The description for this property mentioned "Sea view". It's not exactly true: there's a tiny wedge of sea that is visible from the window. The rest of the view is taken up by tall apartment buildings, multi-floor parking garage and a massive construction that's going on in the neighborhood. We visited during an unusual heat wave and the place got really hot (there is supposed to be a centralized air conditioner in the building, but it could not be controlled from the apartment and it did not seem to be running during our stay). Thankfully, after looking in abundant storage spaces, my husband was able to locate 3 floor fans which made sleeping possible. Owners never mentioned availability of those fans to us. There's a washer in the apartment, but not dryer. There is a shared dryer somewhere in the building that you have to sign up for. As during our stay it was sunny and hot, we had no trouble drying our washed clothes on the balcony. It might be problematic, though, during colder months for families with small kids.

Beautiful modern 2-story apartment. Loved the sauna and the balcony. 3 bedrooms - very suitable for groups where everybody wants their own room. Or big groups. Spacious living room.
