We were met by the host’s representative

A proper working lift. My brother & I were stuck in the lift the morning of our departure. Luckily the host’s partner was able us to get out after an hour or so. The caretaker was unavailable which is unacceptable.

We loved the view, the location and the comfort.

One small criticism, no soap, shampoo in the bathrooms. However it was great to have coffee, tea, and milk available. Thank you.

Accessing the apartment and instructions on how to use underground parking, pool etc were clear. The main attraction of the apartment was the amazing ocean view which did not disappoint. Its better than it looks in photos. The two rooms are brilliantly well done out with very comfortable beds for a family of four. The kitchen and family seating was perfect for self catering. With Checkers and Woolworths just up the road. We had great food both nights and ate in because of the view. The apartment was 2mins drive from Hermanus town centre where there is a great market and restaurants. We also booked fishing trip with Majestic Cruises for a great rate. Grotto Beach is a 4min drive with easy parking. Amazing white sand beach with great beach cafe 'Dutchies' for cheap eats and drinks.

The pool was great but only 2 braii stations which meant we couldn't bbq as they were already occupied.
