Fantastic location. Clean, tidy and everything you need provided. Very good communication, any questions answered really promptly.

The automated lock - worried that in an emergency it would be hard to get out quickly. The kitchen was very small.

All was as we expected ! All good and comfortable.

Fabulous views. Very spacious apartment. Host, Silvia was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again as close to marina and to busy area.

some construction noise on the street (not the host’s fault), would have been nice to have some beach chairs, more toilet paper.

The apartment is on thee 8th floor of a 10 storey apartment block immediately facing the beach and roughly in the centre of the beach front promenade in Estepona. The apartment is a corner apartment so the huge balcony/terrace wraps around the corner and faces west/south, so we had sunrise in the mornings and late sun in the evening with views down to Gibraltar and the North African coast in the distance. The street below is closed to traffic as it is being pedestrianised at the moment which is a great idea. The lady who met us with the keys recommended parking in the underground car park about 5 mins walk away for which she sent us the Google maps link. This was a great idea and we paid to park there for our entire stay at the little office in car park which worked out much cheaper than the daily rate, €40 for the week. The car park however opens at 08:00 so if you have a early departure from Malaga it could be a problem on the final day of your stay , there is a 24hr car park but it’s a little further away. The apartment is really just as in the pictures on Booking website, and really spacious and lovely and bright inside. It’s location is perfect for walking alone the promenade in the evening to either the old town to the left or the port area to the right, both about 10mins walk, and both are great in the evening with plenty of bars and excellent restaurants. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and little places to get a snack or drink along the promenade and some great beach bars.

Location is great, lovely balcony overlooking sea. Silvia showed us to our apartment and was very helpful. Beach towels provided.

We loved the location and views from the property. The apartment was bright and spacious, a couple of little things need touched up etc but overall in great condition and very clean. The Hamami group hosts Silvia and Vali were exceptional, from meeting us at apartment and showing us how everything worked etc to arranging transportation back to the airport for us. First class job.

Liked everything and only found 1 small problem.
