First floor unit with views galore

I was totally disappointed by this booking. Can't think of anything I liked on this trip except the view.

Location - extremely dangerous for females, unable to travel to the accommodation at night due to it being right next to an informal settlement. The showers were both problematic, the unit smelled, dusty and a dirty mop was left outside the sliding door. The booking agent was not interested in our complaints and we left 3 days earlier - lost alot of money and a crap family holiday.

The view was nice looking into the ocean

Place was very dirty, broken blinds, bedding wasn't changed in months as well as curtains, curtains had mold on it. Shower was dusty, toilet pot wasn't cleaned. Beds are outdated as well as mattress was uncomfortable. The place wasn't cleaned before our arrival as we found underwear in the cupboard of the previous people that stayed in the apartment.

Limited kitchen utencils. On suite shower not working. Most bed lamps no globes. Very dirty

I liked the sea view, the kitchen and lounge are on point also the braai area.

Better beds in the bedrooms and bedding. bed base is very old and it makes noise when you are sleeping.

At first i thought im i at the wrong place but when we turn left there it was not even as we thought it would be.

nothing everything was perfect

The views and external leisure facilities were good.

1. Internal walls were filthy and in desperate need of a paint. 2. Water dribbles out of en suite shower. 3. Tiles loose on en suite shower floor. 4. No electricity in unit when we arrived. I had to buy electricity to last till the following day. 5. Old spring beds that wakes the household when you turn. 6. Verona Drinkwater,s response when I complained. " What did you expect for the amount you paid "
