Long Hoyle Annexe

Quiet location and bed, shower and kitchen excellent. We were only there for one night for Goodwood races. Advise to book taxi a few days in advance as I had trouble sourcing one but managed it. However, I had a problem getting back, but Chris, the host, said to call if we got stuck and he picked us up. Fabulous all round.

It is a fantastic place in a marvellous tranquil location. I like very rural places with nothing to disturb the peace and the annexe is exactly that. It has everything one might want in it in terms of facilities but lots of uncluttered space as well. A really nice pub is a short walk across the countryside or slightly further along a quiet lane, with great views of the Downs. The owners are very nice indeed and their dog and mine got on brilliantly. I will definitely want to return.

Very quiet, peaceful, relaxing. A cosy, well appointed annexe, with a lovely garden to sit in and watch the sunset, to the rear.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Walking distance to a good pub. Nice, helpful owner.

The location is fabulous - lovely views and walks from the property. Our dog was made very welcome.

The accommodation was super clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had all those small details that make a stay really impressive (eg hooks for towels, hanging space for clothes, hooks outside the door for wet gear, everything needed for cooking, parking at the door etc). Instructions to the accommodation were thoughtful and clear. Chris and Sarah were welcoming, helpful and made us feel very at home. This is a terrific property to explore the local area from.

It is an incredible place, Chris and Sarah even prepared the milk and some cereals for the breafast in advance, they sent me all the information, in the morning Chris offered me to go with him to walk the dog - I really enjoyed every bit of my stay - unfortunatelly it was just for one night. I really reccomend this place :)))
