Premium Art Deco Apartment at Broadway // 4BDR & 3BR

The property was beautifully decorated and in a very central location for many of the attractions in Budapest. It had facilities in it which made it a home from home eg dishwasher, washing machines, hairdryers in each bathroom (3 of them), iron and ironing board etc. The owner Atilla was exceptional. Although we didn’t meet in person, he responded to any questions or issues we had very quickly. He also provided very clear instructions in the form of videos on accessing the property etc

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. A suggestion to improve would be to have an information book within the property including a map, details of public transport, emergency phone nos eg hospitals, doctors, pharmacies as well as some local amenities etc. Also, consider installing a tv in the lounge as well as a blue tooth speaker for music. Would have liked the option of more pillows however I’m sure if we’d have asked, Attila would have made them available

The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was great, the lounge and kitchen areas, and bathrooms were a really great size with lovely decor. And also the two main bedrooms were exceptional.

The 3rd and 4rth bedrooms were terrible compared to the others. Basically a double bed squeezed into each of the tiny rooms. Would strongly recomend this property for 2 couples, but not for 3 or 4 couples, due to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms

Our stay at this property in Budapest was unsatisfactory. We checked in on Friday, but on the second night, as we were preparing for bed, we discovered several small insects on the bed and floor. Concerned about the possibility of bed bugs, we immediately packed our belongings and had to find alternative accommodation late at night. The next day, we reported the issue to the host. He said they would send someone to inspect the property. Two days later, the host contacted us, claiming they found a few insects but insisted they weren't bed bugs. Surprisingly, not only did they refuse to offer a refund, but they also demanded we pay for the inspection! I believe maintaining cleanliness is the host's responsibility. Refusing a refund and asking guests to pay for an inspection is not how a responsible host should treat their guests. This experience was stressful, inconvenient, and significantly impacted our stay in Budapest. I cannot recommend this property to other travelers. The cleanliness issues and the host's unprofessional handling of the situation were disappointing.

The property is amazing and in perfect condition. The location is great and close to transport and lots of restraunts, bars and attractions. The host was extremely helpful and let us check in early which was perfect as we arrived on an early flight. He also recommended us lots of different places to eat and let us know all the main attractions to visit. He was very easy to contact via WhatsApp. I would recommend to everyone, we had a great stay😁

Great location on Pest side, easy walking distance to cafes, activities and shopping. Host Atilla was responsive to multiple requests. Very comfortable for our party of 8 to hang out, small grocery next door and nice pizza place close if your group has overdone the wonderful Hungarian restaurants close by. Try the 360 bar down the street for great views and sunsets. Gundel's restaurant was a 5 minute cab and the highlight of our group dining, great live music and the wine pairing menu highlighted incredible Hungarian wines.

No meaningful complaints with the apartment, great host made a huge difference. Suggestions: thicker bed pillows (Master), hand wash clothes for the bathrooms, more/bigger ice cube trays for us Americans who must have our ice. 2 washing machines made life easier though the dryer wasn't working, but Host had drying racks available so crisis averted.

The style and we were very comfortable. Loved that the master had a connecting bathroom. The washer and dryer were a perk.

If they supplied laundry detergent that would have been great.
