Location. Laundry, kitchen well stocked with cooking wear, dish soap, towels, etc. Hostess was really on top of it getting use settled in. Bed was comfortable, plenty of storage space,

I switched properties as I couldn’t guarantee that I’d make check in time at my original selection. This has coded entry and took away that worry. Good kitchen, and a kettle! vital for a Brit - even if not electric

couple of condition things, shower entry is a lilies tight. Nothing more than wear & tear and tbh I forgave that for the extremely comfortable bed
