The staff were very very helpful and supportive. The hotel had a nice private beach with sun beds and a beach shack. The location was excellent being right on Sheraton road and close to the bazaars.

The hallways could have been a bit more cleaner. The rooms also have outdated furnishings but usable. I assume there are some renovations going on the top floors. The bathroom could have definitely been done better .

The wifi was very poor, and the gas stove didn't work

We had room 304 and 302 at this wonderfully located hotel with fantastic Red Sea views. We were incredible comfortable with the apartment and the amenities, including small kitchen and washing machine. The location in relation to local attractions is good and it’s easy walking from the hotel to get groceries and souvenirs. The staff are very helpful and they offer a range of well priced tours and activities that can be easily booked through their front reception.
