Location is very near to gouna, room size is good, clean and modern complex

utensils such as, plates, and forkes are not clean and sticky.

The location and the design was so good

The property has no mirror. Only very small one in the toilet

-it aint easy to access your property keys because they do not know the property’s owner. - I had a bad view even I was reserve the challet with pool view. - the cleanliness of the room was very bad and there was rodents’ stool on the bed and blankets. - the AC conditioning works poorly without cooling even I was reported that to the owner of the challet and he takes no action towards that and he informed me that everything was subtle and no other technicians to fix it. - the bed was very uncomfortable and very hard.

I stayed only for 1 day out of 13 days I booked , unfortunately it’s a super scam , it’s better not to waste your time being there , staff rude , the owner of the place is anonymous.

i don't know where to start the compound itself is a disaster, only one small pool is working and it is no doubt the most dirty pool i've been to!! pool water was full of hair and even snack plastic bags with no one to clean...i didn't even dare to put even my legs in the water the compound is far far away from everything and lacks any kind of service, only very small market that opens 9 am and closes 8 pm, if you need even a small loaf of bread after 8 pm then you are screwed up, you have to drive to drive for 25 minutes each ways to reach a market. you'll not find any kind of service near the compound at all. in case you don't have a car thats another sad story. the rooms were not bad regarding cleaning, but in one of the rooms the electricity went off at 9 pm after 2 days of staying there and when contacted the owner he said just he charged the card with 100 LE and can not do more, i said how in the world would we stay a whole night without electricity and that he should send someone to fix this, he said the maintenance guy is sleeping and he dont want to wake him up, he offered no solution, just keeping my children freaked out in the darkness!! i had to leave the next morning i couldn't stay in such a place. its a total disaster really one more creepy thing, there are cameras in the rooms that made us feel uncomfortable at all. that was a real disaster and the owner was very very rude didn't want to compensate to that night we faced total darkness a sincere advice if you reapect your time and money don't waste them in that place! believe me it is a total mess and i swear to god will be your worst vacation ever.
