Very nice, calm, and relaxing location. Only 1-minute walk to Quai des Artistes riverside street with many restaurants. Just 15 minutes to downtown Ottawa. Staff is very friendly. Clean place with a pleasant smell.

Just one minor thing: no elevator, but it's reasonable for a two-level building.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is very good. The lake outside is beautiful.

Nothing. The only suggestion could be: to remind the visitors to take the coffee K-cup capsules by themselves.
