Quiet neighbourhood, private off-road parking, lots of amenities in the kitchen. Huge TV. Lots of storage. Private entryway meaning you can come and go as you please without affecting owners.

No heating/Aircon. Shower felt like it was about to fall apart, head was loose, pipes loose in wall, tray not level etc. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Whole place was very tatty, doors didn't shut/align properly, poor workmanship, funny smell in entrance hall. Owners were not loud, but being a basement you hear EVERYTHING above, especially when running water. Whole place just felt old and run down. No check in instructions (had to ask the day before arriving), nor any check out instructions.

Incompréhension du fonctionnement du téléviseur (feuille explicative serait utile). Pas assez de cintre (seulement 5 pour un séjour d’une semaine!).

The Property was very comfortable, clean and warm. The owner was very kind ans accommodating to my needs. I highly Recommand the stay.

This is a fairly old, worn-out basement unit. It feels more like a temporary summer cabin. The floors shake when you walk on them. There’s a typical basement smell. All the furniture and items are heavily worn. The apartment is dirty: clumps of hair, dust, blankets without covers, stained — it’s extremely unhygienic. The only clean and well-kept place is the fridge.
