Location is just ~1 1/2 miles from my son and his family, so EXCELLENT location. Neighborhood is QUIET and yet very close to shoppping and entertainment. Size qnd amenities are EXCELENT for one or two quests

Storm door was missing/broken this trip so cold entered the entrance way room. Hope this is soon replaced as it was so much more comfortable when that door was present.

I LOVE everything about Bedard; the host is always helpful; the space is so right for my needs and the location makes for an EASY drive to my family (Son, Daughter in Law, and GrandDaughter).

We left after we have seen the place. All positive reviews are clearly fake. The hosts are making good money from the people that do not stay after seeing the rental. We killed one huge cockroach too...It was on the drapes of the blue room

The house itself is not well maintained. Only openings the door of the basement apartment was enough. Smell that cannot be easily removed as even windows can't be opened. This place is not renovated probably from 1950ies. I am pretty convinced all positive reviews are fake. Beds looked clean and comfortable but we didn't try them as we left in order to look for another location to sleep for the night. And we are not spoiled or capricious people. We hike and have experience with basic places. This is first as negative review in my life as we always find something to like. This rental was unacceptable. Should not be allowed to be rented. Please look for a better way to donate your money

Great location near downtown Gatineau. The suite is spacious.

A bit old but not bad for a short stay. No AC but it was ok given it’s a basement it wasn’t too hot.

Excellent neighbourhood. Good shower. Clean throughout. Plenty of towels. Functional.
