Nothing. You get a tiny room that fits a bed and a television. No balcony and definitely not beach front.

Beachfront means on the beach ⛱️, not two blocks off. No balcony. Ants on the counter top. Checkout at 10am, but did us a favor by letting us checkout at 10:30. Don't host if you can't do it properly.

Clean, updated apartment in a nice building. The host kindly provided a hot plate for shabbat. Great location just a couple minutes from the beach.

A dining table instead of glass coffee table would’ve been more comfortable as it’s a smaller room.
