Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και πολύ προσεγμένο. Ο σπιτονοικοκύρης ήταν πάρα πολύ συμπαθητικός, ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Η κουζίνα διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη, όπως και γενικά το σπίτι είχε ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή.
