Da aparente segurança (fechadura eletrônica).

Da falta de utensílios domésticos básicos e mais do que isso: os utensílios disponibilizados são uma total falta de respeito ao cliente. Explico: materiais velhos, riscados, teflon deteriorado, sem condições decentes de uso. Falta de ar condicinado num dos quartos é um ponto a ser pensado pela administração, assim como a higienização dos artefados de dormir, cortinas, etc. O sofá totalmente infestado de ácaros, sujo e sem capa adicional de proteção. Quem tem alergia, não indico.

Tudo para mim estava ótimo, é só manter as manutenções e dia e sugiro uma pintura, principalmente na parte externa
