I've experienced several apartments during my extended stay in Goiania, and without a doubt, this one stands out as my favorite. The brand-new building boasts excellent amenities and a prime location. However, what truly sets this apartment apart is its exquisite decor, thoughtful furnishings, unmatched comfort, and impeccable cleanliness. The showerhead offers amazing pressure, and the smart TV, equipped with Apple TV and Netflix, provided excellent entertainment options. Also, despite the Booking reservation indicating no wifi, there's high-speed internet available, which was crucial for my remote work. This apartment is understandably in high demand, and I sincerely hope it's available when I return to Goiania.

As mentioned by others, the check-in process at this building is ... challenging. The individuals at the front desk, although friendly, are employed by a local security company rather than being dedicated reception staff, and most of the apartments are managed by companies with no on-site presence. The communication among myself, the front desk, and the two rental companies was chaotic and slow, and neither the security company nor the property managers seem interested in taking initiative to take responsibility and fix the problems. Be prepared for insane hiccups, arrive early, and bring something to occupy yourself while waiting in the lovely lobby which does have free and reliable wifi. It's worth noting that the front desk staff and the host are genuinely friendly and communicative, but there seems to be a missing role responsible for ensuring a smoother check-in and key turnover process.
