A pousada fica perto do centro de Itaipava. Possui um jardim muito bem cuidado, assim como a estrutura. É servido um ótimo café da manhã em um agradável ambiente. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom, muito limpo, roupas de cama e banho muito limpas, confortáveis e perfumadas. A noite a pousada fica bem iluminada.

Não diminui em nada a avaliação, porém por ser próximo de uma rua movimentada, dá pra ouvir o ruído de alguns automóveis e motos que desrespeitam o silêncio.
