AZapartments Clarino

We had a fabulous stay at Clarino. The hostess was lovely and very responsive. The village of Grächen, which was beautiful and scenic, was within a short walking distance from the property and there was also a bus stop directly out the front. Great skiing was to be had up the mountain, as well as easy access via public transport to Zermatt. We would gladly return to AZ Apartments again, and highly recommend it to other travellers.

L'appartement est grand et assez confortable pour 8 personnes et très bien équipé. La communication avec Manuela était très fluide.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Manuela was extremely helpful in general especially when our baby got a cold she came to give us medicine. She was also made sure we were OK when we arrived much later than planned. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. The bathrooms were great, shower water pressure was amazing and hot water was available in an instant. Baby equipment was available: high chair, changing table, crib, and a baby towel were provided. The view from the apartment was AMAZING! So refreshing and beautiful. The area is quiet and peaceful (although we may have come at the end of the high summer season) Very nice garden with shade and rain cover we could sit out and eat in. The town center is at a few min walking distance which includes a supermarket, restaurants and other small shops. We highly recommend this accommodation!!

You have to pay for extra toilet paper (1€) and trash bags (2.5€) you are given 2 rolls in each bathroom, and one trash bag in the kitchen. Washer machine was in the host's laundry area and could be used for 2€ per load for each washer and dryer The hosts family lives in the same unit/house above (with totally separate entrance) and slamming doors can be heard occasionally. The apartment was spacious but the pictures make it look much bigger.
