Very Central Convenient Flat

Spacious room. Very close to metro/bus station, super-markets and shops.

The towels were dirty the day we arrived so had to buy new ones. The pillows were of very low quality and the room had a smell of mold. The room is overrated as we payed less money (107€) for a hotel room in Citadines Vienna the next day.

Very spacious with an air conditioner, location was fantastic and a very quiet place to stay with very mindful neighbours. Service was excellent, very informative host and a very good cleaner who got our room cleaned quickly

It is a very central place. Inside the flat is renovated and there are all house supplies needed except for a washing machine.

As it is a flat, they don’t have house keeping services. There’s also no washing machine. House keeper was very kind and he sent us new towels upon our request, though. However, a stay longer than 4 days becomes difficult for this reason.

Location is very good, and facilities in the apartment are convenient and new. Good size of the apartment, and quiet in the night.

No cleaning material nor products. Coffee machine was broken and no soap nor shampoo in the shower. Very few toilet paper.

Small duvets

Good location, a clean place. Staff is nice, good communication.

Had to pay by cash because they cannot charge from cards, which means have to take out cash from the ATM with a very bad currency rate. Also would be better to provide a hair dryer .
