The location was nice, just a few minutes from the airport, near the train station that goes directly to the city. Apartment was cozy with a nice view.

As I entered the apartment, I was greeted with disappointment. Although the apartment had a nice layout and a cozy feel, it was incredibly dirty. It was evident that no one had cleaned it in ages. The floors were covered in dirt and hair, and the "fresh" bed sheets were also full of hair as if someone had already slept on them. The toilet and kitchen were also dirty and unkempt, which was unacceptable. The coffee machine clearly had not been cleaned or maintained properly, and the moldy water was a clear indication of the lack of hygiene standards in the apartment! I understand that apartments may not always be spotless, but this was beyond unacceptable. I have never experienced such a dirty and poorly maintained apartment before, especially considering the price I paid for it. It was a complete letdown and the worst experience I have ever had on booking.com. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The lack of clear directions, the language barrier with the host, the inconvenience of communicating through WhatsApp for check-in, and the filthy condition of the apartment were major disappointments. Booking.com should definitely review the standards of this property and take appropriate action to ensure that other travelers do not have to go through such a horrendous experience. Avoid this place at all costs!

Ciampino is a friendly and safe place to stay and the apartment is close to train station , so you. can go easily to the centre of Rome.

When you are the owner of a precious house like the one we stayed for four days , makes you the obligation of keep it maintain at all times, even more so if it brings you financial profit : 1) It is unacceptable all the big patio doors not close securely and remain open and not locked even at night. That makes the customer feels insecure and perhaps in dangerous. 2) The bathroom and toilet room constantly smelled bad due to cesspool and maybe broken plumbing.
