Didn't get into property

Was left outside property for over 2 hours as no one arrived with keys. Had to rebook with booking.com to get a bed. The property sent messages in Spanish and no one answered the phone. Person who had keys said they sent a message but this was untrue

Me encantó las vistas que tenia,la cama del dormitorio muy cómoda y que tuvimos aparcamiento privado. La piscina era perfecta y tenía vista al mar. Mariana la chica que entregó las llaves muy maja.

En la cocina no habia agua caliente y hacía falta un escurridor de platos. Deberían cambiar la sartén grande por lo menos,arreglar el rodapié de debajo del aire acondicionado(que goteaba)porque se empapó con agua y estaba despegado(se veya mal). El gel de manos del baño estaba vacío. Un poco más de limpieza a la hora de entregar la llave estaría bien.
