"Arrivée catastrophique mais séjour agréable"

Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien équipées, draps/serviettes très propres, salle de bain spacieuses et bien aérée. Place au calme et juste à côté du métro. 10 min du bord de mer.

Je n'ai pas eu les appartements réservés car il y a eu un changement de gestionnaire, et ma deuxième réservations n'avaient pas été prise en compte. Le check in a duré 45 minutes car la personne envoyée découvrait les appartements (il était très gentil et serviable). J'avais 3 numéros de téléphone, aucun ne répondait quand je suis arrivé, heureusement une femme de ménage à pu appeler pour nous renseigner. En plus, on m'a demandé d'annuler la réservation la veille pour déclencher le paiement automatique pour qu'ils n'aient pas à se déplacer et heureusement que j'ai refusé car avec l'oubli de réservation, je ne sais pas si on aurait eu le 2eme logement. L'église à côté sonne tous les quarts d'heure.

Todo, muy limpio, moderno, Stephanie estuvo al pendiente siempre de todo lo que necesitábamos. Lo recomiendo 100%

La ubicación es ideal para quienes quieren descansar PERO al tener 2 colegios cerca, en la mañana y por la tarde al salir se reúnen en la plaza de sientan en la entrada y es un verdadero MARTIRIO el ruido que hacen, si estás durmiendo te despiertan por la mañana y a la hora de la siesta.

Costo mucho coordinar este tema. Ls comunicación no fue tan fluida

Que no se comuniquen por WhatsApp. Dificil de contactar. El precio no se corresponde con comodidades del lugar. Faltaban platos de té y pan, tabla para cortar, cuchillos. Muy básico para el precio. Debe mejorar
