Très bien situé pour une visite de Barcelone : à 5 mn du métro L2 et d’un parking voiture. Appartement très propre et confortable dans la vieille ville de Badalona. Accueil à l’arrivée avec des consignes claires.

Un tout petit bémol : le matériel cuisine est minimaliste.

My family and I really liked the apartment. The location was great, everything was really close - the beach, shops, metro station and nice shopping streets. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There was no problem checking in and out, the locker was easy to use. There's an elevator in the building. In general - a very pleasant experience.

I think, the beds could be more comfortable.

Good location, quite close to the sea and public transport.

Unfortunately, there's visible mold on the walls in the apartment. Sleeping comfort is disrupted by the sounds of the refrigerator and water heater, which are truly loud. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, not even a new one—for three days and three people! The Last Day we had to make do because we ran out and obviously no one sells you a single roll. There was no detergent in the shower, and there were also hairs on the towels, which was quite disgusting. A clean pillowcase was missing; we had to wrap the pillow in a duvet cover. Fortunately, the duvet was freshly washed and could be used without it. The kitchen is sparse with tableware; for example, there are only two coffee cups, even though the apartment sleeps three or four people. There are no wine glasses, although they are shown in the photos. The toilet seat is movable and can fall off. There's not a single hanger in the apartment, and there's nowhere to hang jackets. They have to hang them on chairs.

Appartement atypique avec ses murs en pierre. Proche du métro pour aller à Barcelone et proches de commerces et de la plage de Badalona.

Logement très bruyant par les voisins, l'église, la place. Le logement n'était pas propre alors qu'on paie le ménage. Le mobilier était très bas de gamme (lit en fer qui grince dès que l'on met le pied dedans, armoire collée au Scotch de déménagement, table à manger qui tient à peine). Pas de produit de première nécessité (éponge, essuie-tout, sel, poivre).
