Ocean and Mountain View Condo - Free Reserved Parking

Location was convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group. The washers and driers are not in the apartment, but are very nice.

The listing said ocean view, but it was not. The place was dusty and needed a deep cleaning. We had to clean the filters in the air conditioners in the bedrooms because they were full of dirt, making them struggle to work. The air conditioner in the living area was missing, making the main area hot. The one chair in the main area was broken and the couch had a tear in it.

The location was awesome. A short wall to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Having three rooms, all with their own restrooms, was definitely a plus. The unit had just about everything you needed, including snorkeling equipment. Also, the AC worked great. Was always pleasant having it on in the unit while relaxing. The elevator to get up and down was fairly quick, which made getting in and out in a timely manner nice. The owner was responsive for the most part and helpful prior to getting in. They provided pretty clear instructions about how to navigate check-in. That was nice. Overall, the experience and stay were enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

I did not like that parking was as far away as it was. While it was not super far, still having to lug your stuff from there to the complex was a little off-putting. I located black mold above the bed in our room, which was unsettling, but not a huge amount. I imagine it is fairly common in tropical settings. The automatic lock battery started to show it was getting low, and after reaching out to the owner, there was a big delay in response and no assistance other than, "Thank you for letting me know." I think a bit more guidance would have been helpful. We ended up figuring out how to change them ourselves, finding batteries in the unit and replacing 2 of them. If I could make some suggestions, it would be putting twin beds in at least one room and providing just a few more towels.

Furnishing were not comfortable, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans need upgrades, noisy.

Location was good- close to the mall & park and a little bit of a walk to the far west end of Waikiki. The kitchen was updated though small. The dining table was the only decent furniture in the place. The place was clean.

The “Ocean & Mountain View” description is total BS. This condo is a cement block, unattractive building inside & out. The 3 bedrooms were just barely big enough for the queen sized beds. It’s on the 4th floor so street noise is a problem. The living room furniture was cheap- looked liked it was picked up at a garage sale & uncomfortable.

I loved how close it was to the city and beaches of waikiki

Parking was around the corner which was a bit of a trip with beach supplies but easy to access

Easy access to a nice beach. A/c and fans. Roku TV. Nicely accommodated our large, adultish family.

A larger skillet would be nice and an extra set of towels for each person.
