The apartment is clean, near to the center and have every thing you need for a couple or single person or a family with little children.

It's too small apartment for 4 adults The sofa is just for one person

The location was neither bad or good. All furniture was brand new. Internet was working fine. I got the best impression from the owner, who was very polite and clear with his communication with me. We did not meet, as he was travelling during my stay, however, he took the initiative to call me a day before my arrival and share the exact location and clear instructions on how to enter the apartment.

I was left with the impression that the apartment was located much closer to the historic centre of Ioannina, where no car would be required to walk around. It was not far, but with 2 small children, walking was not an option. The apartment should be cleaner. The towels, bedlinen and cutlery was washed, but not properly and I had a feeling that it was overused. The building where the apartment is located is very old and the entrance was a bit smelly (not inside the apartment). Although the windows were double glazed and equipped with mosquito nets, the apartment is on a main road and it was noisy. Leaving the windows open for some fresh air was not an option, especially when sleeping. Besides, it is a semi-basement, therefore, leaving the blinds open would have provided anyone walking on the street a "free show". For all these reasons, I am sorry to say that I also felt the apartment was overpriced.
