"Good place near center"

Close to center, host was very nice and kept us parking place under the building. Space is ok for 4 people for a short stay, lots of shampooing and soaps available, as well as breakfast stuff. Good value.

Street a bit noisy, couch in living room a bit old.

"A very decent apartment a few minutes away from the city highlights"

The apartment on the 1st floor at Samouil street is a good and decent choice if you wish to visit the town of Ioannina and the lovely nearby villages (Zagorohoria is a must!) and mountains. Taking into consideration the cost, it is a value for money proposition! Located with walking distance (15 mins) from the lake, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and lacks nothing pretty much. The owner has made sure that you feel like home! (fresh juice in the fridge, coffee and tea, cooking facilities, shampoos and detergents, etc)

The absence of a washing machine. For longer stays or families, it is needed. The neighborhood can be very noisy at times... The local garbage are, unfortunately, located under the balcony...
