Before reconstruction chance

Very good space, very good information from the owner. Everything you need for a couple of nights.

Great and friendly owner of the place kept looking after us during our stay. Convenient location and awesome service. The fireplace was fully loaded upon arrival and only required a spark to light up. All amenities were awesome, nice and tidy. This accommodation is highly recommended!

The house on the photo shows it as a corner townhouse unit, in reality it is located in the middle of the old townhouse. One of the rooms upstairs is locked. No balcony. We didnt feel safe enough to stay. Cleaning desires better job to be done. Owners dont respond to refund requests or booking.com customer care messages. Stay out and avoid.

We were not able to stay in the house even for 5 minutes due to strong smell of fireplace/smell. The kitchen/bathroom were way below the expectation. Although we immediately notofied the owner and the property was rented out as it was high season in July, the owners ignored multiple requests and messages from us and booking.com about the refund of more than 1,200 euros. Beware and avoid if you can.

The owner is very customer orientated, responds quickly to requests, resolves issues that arise.

Apartments naming "last chance before reconstruction" directly corresponds reality. In photos it looked significantly better. There is a lack of cleanliness, bunk wooden beds uncomfortable, the furniture is very old, the tapestry is faded. Tthe apartments are dark and uncomfortable.

The apartment was big enough to host our family (3 adults and 4 kids). The location was good, there was walking distance to nearest foodmarkets, Dubulti beach and Dubulti trainstation. We preferred Majori beach so some of us took one stop with train and others could walk all the way to the Majori beach. Train was also good option to get to the Livu aquapark and to Riga Centrum. Better restaurants at Majori (after beach) than in Dubulti.

The apartment could be a little cleaner. Kitchen, only one stove to make food (pasta or fry something) and dishwasher machine could be good.

I stayed with my family and everyone was happy. Very friendly owner support 24/7. The place is very convenient. There nearby shop, very close to sea, nice walking forest, library. Very clean and nice apartments. I'll definitely stay again. Thank you very much.
