The hospitality of the owners is amazing, and their attention to details is very welcoming! The place is perfectly maintained and well equipped, anything you need just ask Nikos :) The apartment is new ,very clean and has all amenities.

The countryside villa was brilliant. Layout was great. It was spotless clean and in a great location. Hosts were lovely people. We even forgot something when we left and the host mailed it back to us. Fantastic place to stay .

This villa exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. The apartment itself was brand new and modern. Very clean, fully- furnished and equipped. Even the fridge was packed with breakfast. Monasteries The villa is central located, nearby the town of Kalambaka. Within a few minutes drive you could start your hiking to one of the many monasteries in the area. Swimming pool Afterwards you could walk within 4 min from the villa to the swimming pool with two cool slides. It's located just across the road.

"Hidden Gem"

Little hard to find. Look for the small driveway leading to a 2-story house. What a gem. Travelling around Greece for a month and we find your clean, well-built apartment. Fridge stocked with breakfast. Was very comfortable and did I say clean. Wow. Thankyou.

Exceptionally equipped with delicate taste apartment.It had everything we needed during our stay and even above that.Our hosts Nikos and Soula complimented our stay with their friendliness and help on whatever we needed.Truly a gem in the Kalabaka region.Thank you Niko and Soula we are definitely coming back.

The hosts are a wonderful couple, welcoming, helpful and friendly. they live on the property so any help you need is just a door away.

everything is near perfect except that you will need your own transport to reach as it’s about 2 km from the main town center Kalambata. But to me it’s better .. more quiet and serene.
