Frequent power outages (5–6 hours daily), possibly due to Kerala’s weather, but a generator should have been available for backup. No lift, no fixed breakfast menu, and the property is average at best. Not recommended if you're looking for a comfortable stay. The owner did offer a refund for the AC charges, but I chose not to take it.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful homestay! The property was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The owner and caretaker were very friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was a highlight! We loved the zero-disturbance environment, making it ideal for unwinding. We'd definitely love to come back again and again!

I feel they can build something on the roof top too like a sitting area or something, as from there we have captured a beautiful sunset.
