A characterful apartment in a beautifully restored old building overlooking the harbour. Great location and still very quiet.

The location and view from the balcony is fantastic. The mattress and pillows are more comfortable than ours at home and the apartment overall is tastefully decorated with a small oven/hob, coffee machine and fridge. The water pressure is fantastic and the Aircon is modern and not the usual old generator types you see. It was that good we extended for an extra night and we're sad to leave. Definitely recommended and we have filmed it for our YouTube channel Parks Travel Guide if you want to see more.

These apartments would not be suitable for those who can't do steps. It didn't bother us but may be an issue for the older generation.

Kitchen facilities basic but adequate for what you need

Not suitable for self catering. Previous reviews highly praising this property makes a mockery of the review system. Coffee machine but no coffee until asked for. No milk pan for heating milk, no salt, only two knives, only one power point for two people and several devices to charge, very small bathroom with shower gel attached to wall one metre outside the shower curtain. No shelf for toiletries. Basics haven’t been thought about. The stairs are steep and narrow and difficult with suitcases. We left after two days of a (prepaid) 5 day stay
