The View Split. Highlight with Roof-Top-Terrace and Pool

Excellent stay at the View. Very helpful and friendly owners who couldn't do enough for you, even bought some scales so we could weigh our luggage before our return flight! We particularly loved the view from the roof top terrace, we spent most evenings eating or drinking on the terrace and looking out across Split. Wonderful stay

Maybe a sofa to sit on in the communal area? Not a complaint at all as we knew in advance but you do need a car if you want to get around.

Gorgeous swimming pool, quiet location with fabulous views.

We can't believe our luck with The View Split - Incredible hosts who were so thoughtful and helpful. You couldn't want for anything here as they always thought ahead. There's a fabulous pool that we had to ourselves most of the time! It's perfect for families. They provided us with pool equipment like floats and fins, which the children loved using. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. It's like a home from home. At the apartment, we had bbqs, played table tennis, used the small workout room, swam (a lot!), and watched some incredible sunsets on the rooftop terrace. Outside of the apartment, we did so much from eating gelato to horse riding in the mountain! The scenery is incredible - mountains in one direction, the sea in the other. The region of Kastela is wonderful, too. Lots of little villages clustered together from the beach up to the mountains. It's a really beautiful place that's not too busy. This was perfection for us!

We had everything we needed, location was perfect, we were really close to many tourist attractions. And the owner’s mom was so sweet and kind, always ready to help 🙏

The apartment itself was so lovely, with fitting decor and clean, spacious rooms. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which we had to ourselves each time we used it, and the stunning view from the rooftop terrace! Although we didn’t get to meet the host in person, he was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly to our messages and provided excellent recommendations for our stay. His mother was staying in one of the other apartments and, despite only speaking German and Croatian (we are English speakers), she was extremely accommodating and met all our wants and needs. She even kindly offered to drive us to various places, including the nearby Lidl for food shops. One of the rooms was very hot on the first night, but the hosts promptly provided an additional air conditioning unit the following day, which made a significant difference and was very much appreciated. The location of the apartment is perfect, with a shop down the hill and charming local restaurants and beaches nearby. It’s also very accessible by Uber, which we used daily at very reasonable prices to visit Split and Trogir (only 15-20 minutes drive).

Initially, we were surprised by the kitchen setup, as we thought there would be a dedicated kitchen room. Instead, the stoves and kitchen appliances were spread across the bedrooms. However, this arrangement was totally manageable, and actually worked out for the best. We had no issues cooking several meals during our stay.

Very spacious apartment with very friendly owners. It’s easy to visit different interesting locations from here in the area when you have a rental car. But there is also a train station nearby if you want to go to Split by train. We visited Split, Klis fortress, Krka NP, Sibenik and Primošten. The airport is only 15 minutes away if you stay here your last night.

Very friendly host. Great pool, great rooftop terrace and good kitchen and bathroom.

We loved just about everything. High ceilings, contemporary furniture, cleanliness and the host had stocked the fridge with some thoughtful items. We loved it!

This was a beautiful house with amazing hosts. The roof terrace has the most amazing view and the pool is big! We are definitely hoping to come back sometime!
