Everything! Pretty large apartment for Japan. Two separate bedrooms, comfy futons. Instructions for everything, so you never think whether you do something right or not (so no stress). Very convenient location, supermarket and train station close by. The managers are very interested in their clients and are ready to help with everything

Exceptional staff, even if communication only went through a translating device, the genuine hospitality was obvious. Larger apartment on ground floor, so a bit dark, but comfortable, very convenient with kids close to station, nice area with restaurants and cafés, luggage storage was perfect.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has a good space for a family. The communication was clear and the location was very good for us, near JR Station, some convinience stores and good restaurants. I recommend the place!

It's close to the JR station. There are restaurants close to the room, and it's a calm neighborhood. It's a complete house with kitchen stuff, laundry machines, towels, amenities and umbrellas. I strongly recommend for families and for a longer stay.

We stayed 7 days and we had only 1 day cleaning, I think one more day it would be better, but it wasn't a problem. I recommend you explaining more about 'moerugomi', we are not Japanese and we had doubts to understand all plastics are 'moerugomi'.
