Really great beautiful property, fantastic facilities, parking, and really close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Lots and lots of space! Great host who came to meet us after 10pm after our flight had landed. Great communication

The service from the host was very good, he was patient, waited for our arrival and helped us carry our luggage. As soon as we requested the late check-out he agreed on it. The apartment was perfectly clean, had all commodities and had wide spaces.

The host did not answer text messages, the only way to reach out was through a whatsapp call.

The host was lovely and helped us with anything we asked. The apt was spacious, and had a separate kitchen, bedroom and hall entrance, with a very nice updated bathroom and the AC was great as it was 30 plus out and much appreciated. 1 minute walk to the store, restaurants and beach. We had a late night flight and checked out of our place in Split in the am, rather than putting luggage in storage and roaming around in the heat we booked this for the day. I only wish we had booked it a few days longer! Lovely area, very relaxing and only 5 minutes away from the airport. Well worth the visit and great way to relax before a long flight home!

Apartment is located within an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, and beach. We were in the apartment with a loft that is a nice size.

I want to start out by stating that Pepi and her father are nice people. They have done a good job at creating this space but need to put some time and money into it to bring it closer to the expectations of an apartment rental. Unfortunately, there are things that take away from how wonderful this apartment could be with some modifications and additions. The biggest issue is the sleeping arrangement upstairs. On one side of the bed there is only 12" from the pillow to the beam. Hope that you don't sit up quickly in the dark and also plan on rolling over your bed mate get out. A solution would be to remove the walls that divide the space and separate the two twins beds placing one at each end of the loft. I would rather sleep alone for a night or two than deal with bump on the head or waking my mate. Side tables and lamps would be a nice touch for reading and not having the overhead light as the only option. The bathroom is beautiful with nice tile and fixtures but the issue that has been mentioned in other reviews is the lack of a shower door and running out of water after one shower. Adding a few wall hooks would be helpful to dry and reuse towels. The list of Balcony, Terrace, Seaview, Garden View, Mountain View, Landmark View, BBQ, and Patio are all very misleading or false. There is a small table and two chairs (one of which is broken) on the landing outside the entry door. Yes, you can sit outside there but the only view is of the courtyard used for parking and some grape vines. There is a small patio area with table, chairs, and a BBQ in a corner of the courtyard but it seems more intended for the family than guests. The kitchen is a workable size but could use some additional items to make it more useful. I would also suggest storing the vacuum in the living room and broom on the landing somewhere out of sight, nobody on holiday wants to reminded of house cleaning. I hope that helps both the hosts and future guests have a clearer understanding.
