We were welcomed and shown around with a smile as well as tips about where to eat and swim. The location is fantastic. Close to the water, has a wonderful terrace for an evening chat and sunset relaxation. Right next door to a church. Clean and comfortable.

Nicely built apartments in an old stone house in central area, with a shared terrace with sea view. The seafront is just 100 meters away, bakery, supermarkets and many restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking distance. This place could be really a 9+, but for 140 euros per night, below issues are not okay.

All the rooms have washing machine in their available facilities. In reality, you could use a shared washing machine for 5 euros per round. Second issue, ants. If we left any kind of unsealed food on the kitchen table (like a pack of opened chips), ants were everywhere in a short time, making us trash the food. Owner's backyard (which is used for parking 200 meters away) is literally full with dog excrement which is visibly never picked up at all. And we need to talk about the church bells, it's definitely not the issue of the property itself, but be prepared. It can be indeed super loud at 7:00 in the morning, and during our time there was also some holiday, so one day the morning bell took a few times 15 minutes of bells at 86 dB (we measured it). Additonally we must mention that we got some untrue accusations from owner in message, which was surprising and we never got her explain what was her exact issue.

Absolutely wonderful place a few steps from the sea. The apartment has access to a lovely terrace overlooking a square with a beautiful church. Everything you need is in the apartment, and the beds are very comfortable. Very convenient to the airport, and Kaštela Novi is also a stunning little town. Our hostess was very kind and gracious and waited for us after our late-night flight and made sure we knew how to get to her place. We will 200% book to stay in her house again.

Perfect stay by any means. Best location in Kastel, right in the old town, with medieval architecture, lots of restaurants, bakeries, small grocery stores. Appartment is located right in between 2 beaches, 5-10 min walk. As for me, apartment looks exactly as on pictures, enough space for 3 adults, everything worked, furniture's pretty solid (at least better than ikeas paper ones). Huge terrace with sea/old church view, actually you'll spend most of the time there. Inside you'll find all the necessities, including beach towels, which is handy for backpackers. Bus stop is ~5-7 min walking distance. For the price of 1-1.5 eur you can ride to the airport(10min)/Trogir(20min)/Split(40min) by bus №37. Vinka is really nice host, easily communicates in english, responds fast, picked us on the airport, she was very polite and positive. Considering all the facilities you can stay here for anylong vacations without any compromise.

Church bells really loud, at 7am it will definitely wake you up. But it's shown on apartment's photos and all the europeans are used to this more or less, so it wasn't surprise for us. AC unit is located in the lounge/kitchen area, not in the bedroom.

The location is great, a beautiful village 20-30 minutes from Split, very nice and quiet in middle of September. The beach is very close, also the restaurants. The house has everything you need, the host is very nice and helpful.

It’s near a church, which is very beautiful, especially when sitting on the terrace. However, if you have a light sleep and you like to sleep more in the morning, the bells are ringing at 7.
