Location, having our own kitchen and washing machine. This apartment also had a closet/wardrobe where we could store our clothes (not typical, other apartments we stayed at had no storage area)

Communication from host wasn't always fast. Also, the description said this would be a 2-bedroom apartment, It wasn't. All beds are in the same room.
