The cottage was exactly as described "cosy" Absolutely everything we needed was supplied. The owners had the cabin pre heated before we got there. The breakfast was sufficient and with plenty of choice of cereal, fresh orange juice, fresh eggs and milk. Highly recommend for a short retreat for couples or indeed with the kids as they have supplied lots and lots of games and dvds to entertain the little ones. We had a lovely weekend and will most certainly return again soon.

The only one issue we found was the lack of outdoor lighting. There were lots of lights but only one seemed to be working. Not a major inconvenience by any means.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable stay. We were provided with everything needed, all the makings for breakfast were awesome.The hosts were so lovely and helpful.

Nothing. This is in the middle of no where and in someone's backyard. The door doesn't lock so be careful if you have valuables. They have an unfriendly dog which barks. We were relaxing in the morning due to jet lag and had a workman look right in the window. Then loud voices, a radio and a jack hammer right outside our door at 8am in the morning. Owner did not care. We checked out rather than staying another night. They did not want to refund us for the second night. Food supplied was out of date. Very old. Would not recommend. Also price too high. Better options available elsewhere.

Very restful. Well appointed. Gracious, friendly but not intrusive hosts. Recommend.

Wi-Fi should be boosted. We had enough mobile data to meet our needs (leisure break)

John and Kathleen were the perfect hosts. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the stay in a relaxing environment!
